Jacqueline HERNANDEZ

Jacqueline Hernandez is an Attorney at Africa Sanchez Law, focusing on family law and immigration matters. A Las Vegas resident for more than 25 years, Jacqueline brings a deep understanding of the local courts, community, and legal landscape to her practice. 

Jacqueline graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, before earning her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2022. She began her legal career by serving as a judicial law clerk for two judges in the Family Division of Nevada’s Eighth Judicial District Court. This experience provided her with valuable insight into judicial decision-making, courtroom procedures, and the complex legal and personal issues that arise in family law cases. 

At Africa Sanchez Law, Jacqueline represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, prenuptial agreements, as well as family-based immigration matters, including adjustment of status and naturalization. Drawing on her judicial experience and practical knowledge of Nevada’s family court system, she provides strategic, personalized guidance tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. 

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and compassionate approach, Jacqueline is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenging legal matters with confidence and clarity.
